Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales in the Southeast US for power supplies. You will drive OEM and distribution growth, build strong customer relationships, and manage programs from development through production.

The role requires 5+ years in outside sales within power supplies, plus experience managing manufacturer's reps and cross-functional collaboration. Travel is domestic and international as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in power supply industry.
• Proven experience managing manufacturer's representatives.
• Strong program management skills and product development familiarity.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and overcoming challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual sales business plan to achieve targets.
• Identify and secure new OEM accounts aligned with objectives.
• Manage existing customer relationships to meet sales and satisfaction goals.
• Conduct regular client visits, address concerns, deliver presentations.
• Provide comprehensive account management from tech development to production.
• Lead and collaborate with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare and present periodic reports including forecasts and status updates.
