Job summary

Crescent Parts & Equipment seeks a Refrigeration Territory Manager to expand relationships with commercial refrigeration and HVAC contractors. This field role involves prospecting, account growth, and coordinating with manufacturer reps to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

The successful candidate will identify opportunities across new construction, remodels, service work, and equipment replacement, while staying current on industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, account management, or related industry experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with commercial refrigeration and HVAC contractors.
• Prospect for new business and expand existing customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities in new construction, remodels, service work, and equipment replacement projects.
• Partner with manufacturer representatives and Crescent specialists to provide customer solutions.
• Present products, equipment, and new technologies to customers.
• Manage sales activity, maintain customer relationships, and achieve territory growth goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging refrigeration technologies.
