Dover Food Retail is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in the United States to drive growth across food retailers, convenience, drug, and dollar stores. You will lead strategic account plans, manage reps, conduct dealer calls, and forecast revenue to meet targets.

The role requires a business/engineering degree and 5+ years of progressive refrigeration-related sales experience, with strong negotiation, collaboration, and travel up to 50% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of progressive technical sales experience in refrigeration or 7-10 years in refrigeration-related sales.

Responsabilités

• Build a strategic sales plan account by account.
• Manage and provide factory support to contracted rep groups, dealers & Independents.
• Conduct sales calls with dealers and prospective customers to explain products and services.
• Qualify account needs and identify key mobilizers within retailer organizations.
• Create and close sales.
• Forecast revenue on a month, quarter and annual basis.
• Serve as the single point of contact with customers in your region, handling price objections and negotiations.
• Collaborate with customers to solve complex problems.
