Job summary

Hire Velocity is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Food, Dairy & Beverage markets. This remote USA role focuses on automated secondary packaging equipment and end-of-line integrated systems, with travel up to 75% to customer sites, trade shows, and events across the territory.

The ideal candidate has at least five years selling capital equipment into food or beverage operations, excellent communication, and technical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience selling capital equipment into food, dairy, or beverage operations.
• Experience with flexible packaging and end-of-line automation.
• Strong communicator with technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers.
• Nurture long-term relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
• Prospect, conduct on-site visits, and deliver presentations.
• Maintain accurate sales activity in Salesforce CRM.
