Job summary

Mpac Automation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the East United States with a hybrid work arrangement and travel. You will lead sales efforts for high-speed packaging automation, build lasting customer partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions across a dynamic market.

You will collaborate with engineering and support teams, manage leads from events and marketing, and drive revenue growth through strategic plans and proactive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Packaging, Automation, Industrial Machinery, or related discipline.
• Experience selling custom-built packaging machinery or capital equipment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing environments and machinery assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow designated sales territory.
• Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, applications and internal support to deliver tailored solutions.
• Deliver sales revenue targets and grow accounts.
• Develop strategic sales plans and territory growth initiatives.
