Job summary

This fully remote Regional Sales Manager role targets the Central US, covering South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas. You will drive growth in a multimillion-dollar packaging machinery and automation portfolio, focusing on capital equipment projects and expanding presence across the territory.

You will manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities, collaborate with engineering and operations, and guide deals from inquiry to close.

Qualifications

Proven experience selling capital equipment to food manufacturing or related industries.
Ideally familiarity with packaging machinery, automation, robotics or integrated systems.
Strong account management and new business development skills.
Experience selling complex equipment with longer sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an established regional sales territory.
Develop relationships with food processing and manufacturing customers.
Identify and secure new capital equipment and automation projects.
Promote automated packaging machinery, product handling equipment and integrated systems.
Build relationships with engineering, operations and senior management stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical and applications teams to tailor customer solutions.
Manage opportunities from enquiry through negotiation and contract closure.
