Job summary

ProMach's Bartelt Packaging and Matrix Packaging Machinery seek an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in a key territory. You will cultivate strategic relationships with End User Customers and key accounts, translate needs into value-based packaging automation solutions, and lead opportunities from qualification to quote in Salesforce.

You will travel 60-70% in the field, collaborate with engineering and project management, and contribute to a high-performance sales culture with

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in capital equipment and/or packaging sales.
• Direct sales experience with leading domestic CPG companies.
• Strong technical sales and polished presentation skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and industrial line layouts preferred.
• Competent with CRM systems and remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts at all levels.
• Develop sales strategies and value-based solutions with end-user customers.
• Utilize sales tools for presentations, calls, and prospecting.
• Collaborate between customer and engineering for project solutions.
• Ensure timely collection of project details for evaluation and quotes.
• Partner with project management for smooth order transitions.
• Meet or exceed sales forecasts and quotas.
• Document opportunities, accounts and interactions in Salesforce.

Education

Four-year degree in Sales, Engineering or Business
