RectorSeal, a leading manufacturer of chemical specialty sealants for professional trades, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Plumbing market in the Western United States. This remote role focuses on growing market share through distributors, contractors, and manufacturer representatives.

You will drive sales growth, expand penetration, and foster strong relationships with key accounts while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales management experience.
• Experience selling through Plumbing wholesale distribution channels.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the Western US.

Responsibilities

• Execute outside sales activities to achieve regional goals.
• Increase market share by developing new business and expanding relationships.
• Serve as main contact for distributors, contractors, and manufacturers' representatives.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Train internal teams and partners on RectorSeal's Plumbing portfolio.
• Analyze market and customer needs to develop growth strategies.
• Present product features and pricing to customers and at trade shows.
