Job summary

Ascend Clinical, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Laboratory Testing) to drive sales growth across a multi-state territory. This remote role emphasizes building relationships with hospitals, clinics, and physician offices.

You will articulate the value of Ascend’s laboratory testing services, develop account plans, and manage the sales pipeline to meet ambitious targets. Travel up to 30% may be required for client meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience required.
• Bonus if have experience with dialysis/CKD, diagnostics, or transplant.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time for client meetings, trade shows, industry meetings, and events.
• Competent computer skills, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Sell laboratory services for dialysis/CKD, diagnostics, transplant, and other future testing to hospitals, clinics, and physician offices in the United States and potentially abroad.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen client relationships at multiple levels and generate qualified opportunities through cold calling and networking.
• Showcase Ascend Clinical’s capabilities and differentiate from competitors.
• Develop and maintain actionable account plans and manage quotations to meet client and company requirements.
• Provide input on market vision through desk research and trend analysis.
• Maintain face-to-face contact with customers and develop cross-functional relationships.
• Manage opportunities and forecast pipeline accurately.
• Collaborate with Ascend leadership to identify and win projects.
