Ascend Clinical, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Water) to drive new business across hospitals, clinics and labs in the Southeast U.S. This remote role focuses on water testing services and requires building strategic accounts.

You will develop account plans, qualify and close opportunities, and collaborate with laboratory operations to deliver client-focused solutions. A proven record in healthcare or water-testing sales and willingness to travel up to 30% are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, business development, or account management in the U.S.
• Experience with clinical or central laboratory services preferred
• Knowledge of water testing laboratory services and regulatory requirements
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Sell laboratory water testing services to hospitals, labs, clinics and related partners within the U.S.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen client relationships; generate qualified opportunities through lead generation
• Showcase capabilities and differentiate Ascend Clinical from competitors
• Create and evaluate quotations; manage RFP processes when required
• Input market vision through desk research on legislation, demand, trends
• Maintain face-to-face contact and develop multi-level relationships with key customers
• Own opportunity management and accurate pipeline forecasting
