CompuGroup Medical, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager, Laboratory to drive revenue growth for LIS and RCM solutions in Independent and Physician Office Laboratories.

The role requires traveling up to 40% within the territory and delivering on-site and remote product demonstrations while building a robust sales pipeline. You will submit performance reports, manage negotiations, and ensure accurate SAP CRM data to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or life sciences or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of outside sales in laboratory/LIS/healthcare capital solutions with target attainment.
• Deep healthcare software and laboratory equipment knowledge to identify client opportunities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas over the past three years.
• Strong understanding of client objectives, strategies and financial challenges for strategic account development.

Responsibilities

• Sell LIS and RCM solutions to Independent and Physician Office Laboratories.
• Travel up to 40% within the assigned territory to meet clients and events.
• Develop sales reports on performance, volume, opportunities and growth prospects.
• Build a strong sales pipeline via lead gen, discovery and qualification; manage full cycle.
• Conduct on-site and remote product demos; negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain accurate SAP CRM data to drive decision-making and growth.
