Job summary

SEEPEX, an acquisition of Ingersoll Rand, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales in the Southeast territory. This fully remote role requires managing distributor relationships, delivering technical product expertise, and meeting bookings targets across multiple states with extensive travel.

You will build strong partnerships, forecast activity, and collaborate with sales and ops teams to implement quotations and orders while traveling to engage customers and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of field sales experience.
• 1+ year experience selling, supporting, or applying industrial pump solutions.
• 1+ year knowledge of pump fundamentals (applications, sizing, performance).
• 1+ year experience discussing pump solutions with distributors, customers, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow distributor/channel partner relationships across the assigned territory.
• Serve as liaison between customers, distributors, and SEEPEX sales and operations teams.
• Achieve or exceed annual bookings and sales targets for the territory.
• Support distributors with technical expertise and solution development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop quotations and manage opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, training, and sales meetings for distributors and end users.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth.
• Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain CRM and reporting.
