The role requires strong technical understanding of pump systems, a proven B2B sales track record, and the ability to work independently within a regional territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial equipment, wastewater, or related industries.
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients, contractors, and engineering firms.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Demonstrate knowledge of pump equipment, installation, and maintenance; assist in selecting solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer service for project execution.
