Job summary

Ingersoll Rand through SEEPEX is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth remotely across the defined U.S. territory. The role emphasizes strong technical aptitude, customer-facing skills, and extensive travel to support distributors and end users.

The position requires 3+ years of field sales and knowledge of pump fundamentals, with a focus on developing long-term distributor relationships and achieving sales targets. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of field sales experience.
• 1+ year selling, supporting, or applying industrial pump solutions in field/technical sales.
• 1+ year knowledge of pump fundamentals: applications, sizing, performance.
• 1+ year experience discussing pump solutions with distributors, customers, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow distributor/channel partner relationships across the territory.
• Liaise between customers, distributors, and SEEPEX sales/operations teams.
• Achieve or exceed annual bookings and sales targets for the territory.
• Support distributors with technical expertise, product applications, and solution development.
• Develop quotations, manage opportunities, and support order execution.
• Conduct product presentations, training, and sales meetings for distributors and end users.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth.
• Forecast sales activity and maintain CRM/reporting.
