Ingersoll Rand's SEEPEX division seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Southeast, managing distributors, and serving as technical expert for industrial pump solutions. This remote role requires extensive travel.

You will develop relationships, forecast sales, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver quotations and order execution. The role emphasizes customer-facing skills and independent work in a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of field sales experience.
• 1+ year in selling or supporting industrial pump solutions.
• 1+ year knowledge of pump fundamentals and performance characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor/channel partner relationships in the territory.
• Serve as liaison between customers, distributors, and internal SEEPEX sales and operations teams.
• Achieve or exceed annual bookings and sales targets for the territory.
• Support distributors with technical expertise, product application knowledge, and solution development.
• Develop quotations, manage opportunities, and support order execution with internal teams.
• Conduct product presentations, training, and sales meetings for distributors and end users.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth.
• Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain CRM and reporting expectations.
