Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial equipment, wastewater, or related sector.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned Southeast territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients, contractors, and engineering firms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of pump equipment, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate equipment solutions based on their needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in wastewater industry.
• Identify emerging customer needs and recommend new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer service for seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data.
