Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast region. This remote-based role covers multiple states with heavy travel and a focus on OEMs, distributors, and end users in hydraulics/pneumatics markets. You will develop opportunities, manage accounts, and collaborate with Engineering and Operations to drive profitable growth.

Required: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years sales experience in hydraulics/pneumatics, to be located near a major airport in the U.S. CFPS preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of sales experience in hydraulics/pneumatics.
• Experience selling directly to OEMs, distributors and end users/fleets.
• CFPS is preferred; business degree acceptable with hydraulic/pneumatic know-how.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business with OEMs and distributors across mobile equipment and related segments.
• Maintain a robust pipeline with proactive market research and lead generation.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Product Development and Operations for seamless account growth.
• Utilize Salesforce and reports to inform management of progress.
• Attend industry shows, develop leads, and support show installations.
