Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast region. This remote-based role covers a defined territory with significant travel to engage OEMs, distributors, and key end users.

You will drive profitable, sustainable sales growth while coordinating with engineering and operations to ensure seamless implementation of solutions. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in hydraulics/pneumatics sales to OEMs and distributors, with a Bachelor's degree; CFPS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years sales experience in hydraulics/pneumatics to OEMs, distributors and end users.
• CFPS is a plus or strong hydraulic/pneumatic background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business with OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Maintain and grow a robust regional sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations for seamless account growth.
