As the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies and operations across the US, including the support, coordination, and performance management of manufacturers’ representatives within assigned territories. The candidate must have 7 years or more experience selling. Additionally, you will manage your staff consisting of at least one ISR and FAE, partner with manufacturers’ representatives to drive territory growth, and work closely with other departments within the company i.e., Channel Management. The right candidate will be a self‑motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding history leading outside business development, regional sales teams, and representative sales channels. This professional is accountable for all strategies, initiatives, actions, and revenue‑driving activities. This role will oversee daily operations, optimize team efficiency, ensure KPIs are met, support representative engagement and accountability, and drive sales growth. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional coaching and leadership skills to deliver profitable revenue growth.
This position requires working in both office and warehouse environments. Duties involve sitting, standing, walking, and using a computer for extended periods while preparing reports, analyzing data, conducting audits, and managing quality processes. The employee may occasionally bend, reach, stoop, or lift up to 25 pounds when performing inspections or reviewing materials. Visual ability to read computer screens, reports, labels, and technical documents is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and virtually. The role may require occasional travel and exposure to varying temperatures, moderate noise, dust, and other conditions common in warehouse and production environments. Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
