Planet Green Holdings, a remote-focused Regional Sales Manager role in North America, seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue in cybersecurity services. You will own pipeline development, partner engagements, and strategic deals across SASE, cloud security, and data protection offerings.

The position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and revenue-based KPIs, including 50% travel within North America. You will report to the Director of North American Sales.

Formación

• Proven ability to carry and exceed an annual sales quota of $2M+ USD.
• Strong track record of hunting new business and generating qualified pipeline.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of outside sales experience in cybersecurity; data protection/cloud security is a plus.
• History of closing complex deals in quota-carrying roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and internal teams.
• Skilled negotiator with a solutions-focused approach.
• Creative thinker with client-focused solutions.
• Highly organized, self-motivated with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned region.
• Identify and target key accounts and partners to achieve revenue objectives.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Cultivate relationships with partners, vendor teams, and internal field teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely sales forecasts and manage the full sales cycle.
• Navigate procurement processes including budgeting and approvals.
• Collaborate with service delivery to develop client proposals and SOWs.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of service offerings for tailored solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity.
