Job summary

Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Cloud Security in a remote North America role. The position targets aggressive growth through channel partners, VARs, solution providers, and integrators, with a quota-driven, lead-from-the-front approach.

You will own pipeline development, partner relationships, and deal progression, reporting to the Director of North American Sales. Expect a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to carry and exceed a $2M+ USD annual sales quota.
• Experience hunting new business and building qualified pipeline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven relationship-building skills with partners and customers.
• Skilled negotiator delivering complex deals and favorable terms.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned North America region.
• Identify target accounts and partners; take specific actions to achieve revenue goals.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Foster relationships with partners, vendor teams, and internal field teams for growth.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage full sales cycle for opportunities.
• Navigate procurement processes, including budgeting and approvals.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to craft proposals and client-ready materials.
