Job summary

Direct Wire & Cable is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth, build lasting customer relationships, and exceed sales targets. The role is remote with up to 60% travel within the territory.

You will own the sales cycle, develop key accounts, and use Salesforce to manage the pipeline. Competitive pay, bonus, and full benefits (medical, dental, vision) on day 1 plus 401K with employer match are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in B2B sales and/or customer relations.
• 2–3 years of B2B customer account management experience.
• 2–3 years of selling in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experience leveraging and maintaining a CRM platform, such as Salesforce, to manage the sales pipeline.
