Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability for Latin America and Caribbean markets. You will develop plans, lead the sales team, manage distributor relationships, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to expand market share in commercial golf, turf, and irrigation sectors.

Reporting to the Vice President – International Division, you will travel ~50% and work remotely from the US or near a major international airport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both in oral and written form.
• ~10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution.
• Ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Strong data-based analytical skills to drive programs and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans per each business segment.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
• Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales & profitability goals.
• Identify new business opportunities focusing on developing market segments.
• Coordinate resolution of field issues with the Customer Care team and provide technical sales support.
• Develop distributors to drive improved performance.
• Conduct product/sales training to upgrade distributor sales and service personnel.
