The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability for Latin America and the Caribbean. You will lead sales planning, distributor development, and cross-functional collaboration to expand market share in golf, turf, and irrigation product lines.

You will manage regional teams, coordinate plans, and travel ~50% to develop strategic opportunities and relationships across customers, marketing, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced proficiency in Spanish, both in the oral and written form.
• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Proven ability to develop subject matter expertise in product features and customer benefits across product lines.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Lead and coach sales staff; conduct mid-year and end-of-year reviews.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections across product groups in the region.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive distributor development and training.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
