Job summary

The Toro Company seeks a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability in the Latin America and Caribbean markets, with focus on golf and turf products. You will develop plans, manage distributor networks, and lead cross-functional teams to meet regional goals.

Based in the United States with remote options, you will work with sales leaders to grow market share, identify new opportunities, and coordinate field support while traveling about 50% to key markets and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (oral and written).
• 10+ years of combined sales and marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales Team Management: provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff; complete mid-year and end-of-year reviews.
• Sales Leadership: develop and execute annual business plans to meet sales and profitability goals; coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual projections.
• Distributor Development/Support: drive distributor sales, develop training programs, and expand distribution channels.
• Market Development: identify opportunities and develop plans to enter identified markets.
