Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability across the Latin America and Caribbean markets, with a strong focus on golf and turf segments. You will plan, manage, and execute product programs through the distributor network, build cross-functional partnerships, and lead regional sales teams to meet annual targets.

You will report to the Vice President of the International Division, travel about 50% and work remotely within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or related discipline.
• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Proven ability to develop subject matter expertise across product lines and competitive categories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts for relevant product groups.
• Identify new opportunities and market segments in LATAM and Caribbean.
• Lead distributor development, training, and performance evaluation.
• Provide direction to sales managers and cross-functional teams.
