Keenova is seeking a Specialty Regional Sales Manager in Long Beach, CA to lead a team of 8–10 Specialty Sales Professionals and drive regional growth. This role focuses on strategic planning, talent development, and customer engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong cross-functional collaboration.

The position offers a base pay range of $151k–$241k with eligibility for bonuses and standard total rewards. Travel up to 30% is expected, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, specialty, or healthcare sales experience.
• Demonstrated record of achieving sales objectives and developing customer relationships.
• Experience leading projects, initiatives, or activities beyond routine territory responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned region.
• Strong coaching, communication, and team development skills.
• Prior sales leadership, people management, coaching, or mentoring experience.
• Experience in specialty pharmaceutical, buy-and-bill, or specialty pharmacy environments.

• Ensure compliant and effective execution of the sales process, account management, and customer engagement strategy.
