Job summary

Keenova is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Immunology Sales, with major focus on leadership of the Los Angeles region and alignment with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes strategic planning, performance management and compliant execution of regional business plans.

The RSM will travel extensively (about 70%), coach sales reps on product knowledge, territory management and closing techniques, and collaborate with home office to shape marketing and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 3-5 years pharmaceutical or biotech sales management experience.
• Therapeutic area experience in Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Ophthalmology highly preferred.
• Ability to manage and track complex sequencing of referral and shipped product models and not open channel distribution.
• Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships within the geography or nation preferred.
• Travel requirements (70%).

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned region's sales team to drive performance and compliance.
• Review and approve strategically targeted, account-specific business plans.
• Schedule ride-a-longs and coach reps on product knowledge, call planning and territory management.
• Collaborate with home office on marketing plans, targeting strategies, and incentives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and defined goals.
• Create a sense of team spirit and open communication within the team.
