Ericsson is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for South Texas, based remotely in Houston with relocation not offered. You will drive new business, retain accounts, and expand opportunities while partnering with Inside Sales to meet growth goals.

Candidate should have 5+ years in IT Security/Networking sales, proven success in complex sales, and strong leadership and strategic thinking. Remote local work, travel to client meetings and tradeshows required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years sales experience in IT Security/Networking.
• Experience in complex sales environments and channel/direct models.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and team motivation skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Develop account plans, manage pipelines and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use CRM for lead generation, account management and reporting.
• Travel for client meetings, tradeshows, and cross-department collaboration.
• Maintain company image and adhere to policies.
