Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska. This remote role requires building relationships, managing pipelines, and collaborating with Inside Sales to drive growth across a four‑state region.

You will travel for client meetings and tradeshows, develop account plans, and report via CRM. Strong leadership and 5+ years in IT security sales are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years sales experience in IT Security/Networking or related field.
• Proven success in complex sales and channel/direct models.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
