Job summary

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska. Drive new business, retain accounts, and expand opportunities while partnering with Inside Sales to meet growth goals.

This remote role requires 5+ years in IT security or networking sales, a proven track record in complex deals, and strong leadership. Travel for client meetings and events is expected; preference for Kansas City or St. Louis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years sales experience in IT Security/Networking.
• Proven success in complex sales environments and channel/direct sales models.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team motivation skills.
• Entrepreneurial, competitive, and strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Must reside in the region and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships, coordinating internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve sales/profit targets.
• Develop account plans, manage pipelines, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Use CRM for lead generation, account management, and reporting.
• Travel for client meetings, tradeshows, and collaboration with international and cross-department teams.
• Maintain company image, participate in ongoing training, and adhere to policies.
