Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska from the Omaha/Des Moines region. The role focuses on new business, account retention, and growth, partnering with Inside Sales to meet targets and manage pipelines.

You will travel for client meetings and industry events, work with cross-functional teams, and drive growth in a fast-paced environment. A 5+ year sales record in IT security/networking is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in IT security/networking.
• Proven success in complex sales with channel/direct models.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships; coordinate internal teams to meet customer needs and sales targets.
• Develop account plans, manage pipelines, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Use CRM for lead generation, account management, and reporting.
• Travel for client meetings, tradeshows, and collaboration with cross-department teams.
• Maintain company image and adhere to policies.
