Job summary

Rochester Electronics is seeking a seasoned regional sales leader to drive business strategy for the Bay Area and surrounding region. You will partner with internal sales and technical teams to expand revenue and market share, while ensuring effective CRM usage and forecast accuracy.

The role requires a strong track record in selling high-tech product solutions, and the ability to travel as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of sales/management experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in sales and management for large territories.
• Experience managing a virtual office and large region.
• Proven track record selling high-tech product solutions.
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; able to deliver presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drives regional business strategy and develops sales plans to maximize revenue growth.
• Manages direct customer activities within the defined region and works with Internal Sales reps.
• Identifies opportunities, gathers info, and grows the account base.
• Manages full sales cycle: lead gen, qualify, present, propose, negotiate, close.
• Forecasts new business opportunities and maintains CRM daily.
• Communicates effectively with customers and internal teams to influence decisions.
