Job summary

Diodes Incorporated seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Bay Area/California region to drive sales with automotive accounts and through rep firms. You will develop strategic plans, pursue design wins, and collaborate with distributor partners to expand market reach.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with 5–10 years of sales experience and a BSEE degree. Occasional travel and close alignment with engineering and marketing teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Diodes Incorporated products and customer needs with ability to articulate value proposition.
• Understands technical elements of Diodes Incorporated product lines.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage OEM accounts.
• Proven track record in sales, with 5–10 years in account/territory management.
• Relationships with major OEM customers in the Northwest are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Diodes Incorporated product lines in the Northwest region, including direct sales and through rep firms.
• Develop strategic regional plans, annual budget, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Manufacturers’ Representatives and Distributors to drive business.
• Identify growth opportunities and design-win opportunities with key accounts.
• Travel 40–50% to support and drive sales efforts.
• Create territory and key customer plans and report progress to executives.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Applications and Engineering to define new products for customers.
