Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a remote, travel-enabled sales/marketing professional to drive retail sales penetration across Minnesota, Wisconsin and part of Iowa. You will train dealer personnel, implement marketing initiatives, and assist in closing dealer transactions while coordinating JCB support as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales or marketing, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, train and assist dealer salesmen to grow knowledge of JCB products.
• Train dealer staff on product marketing initiatives and procedures.
• Assist in closing dealer retail transactions and coordinate JCB support to customers.
• Maintain inventory levels of primary JCB products at dealer premises.
• Communicate product status and competitive information with Product Marketing Managers.
• Attend regional meetings and provide recommendations to maximize business.
