JCB North America is seeking a high-impact sales leader to drive aftermarket growth across the Midwest, expanding parts and service offerings and promoting the existing product range. You will collaborate with dealers and internal teams to develop strategic plans, share best practices, and push for profitability improvements across the territory.

The role requires up to 70% travel, a customer-focused mindset, and a strong track record in field sales within construction or agricultural equipment

Qualifikationen

• Field sales and dealer management experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively (70%).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of the attachments business in Construction and Agriculture.
• 5+ years of parts experience in a similar industry.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings as required by law.

Aufgaben

• Achieve parts and attachments sales and profit forecast within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement a parts and service sales plan for the territory with structured campaigns.
• Collaborate with dealers to improve profitability through best-practice sharing, training, and coaching.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager and District Support Manager to analyze aftermarket performance and actions.
