Zusammenfassung

JCB North America in the United States is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive retail sales penetration and market share across Minnesota, Wisconsin and parts of Iowa. The role blends field travel with remote coordination to support dealer networks and end users.

You will lead dealer training, promote product marketing initiatives, manage budgets, and develop new markets while maintaining knowledge of JCB products and competitive programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience
• Must pass background checks and pre-employment tests

Aufgaben

• Motivate, train and assist dealer salesmen to ensure product knowledge
• Train dealer sales staff on product marketing initiatives
• Communicate promotional programs clearly
• Assist in closing dealer retail transactions and coordinate JCB support
• Maintain inventory levels and display of JCB products at dealer locations
• Coordinate with Product Marketing Managers on status and strategies
• Achieve target retail sales levels
• Maximize ROI on regional funds to grow retail sales
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and competitive programs
• Develop new markets and applications for JCB products
• Support dealer plans through visits to dealer locations and end users
• Maintain relationships with dealer personnel and end users
• Complete sales, product or operational projects as required
• Collaborate with service and parts teams on product support
• Coordinate with regional teams to deliver performance
• Attend regional meetings and provide recommendations
• Other duties as assigned
