Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a remote-based Sales Specialist responsible for maximizing retail sales penetration and market share across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and parts of Iowa. The role drives dealer training, promotional execution, and customer support while traveling within the territory.

Minimal travel within the US; requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales/marketing. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
• Pass drug screens, background checks and pre-employment tests per law.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, train and assist dealer salesmen to ensure product knowledge.
• Train dealer sales staff on product marketing initiatives.
• Clearly communicate promotional programs to dealers.
• Assist in closing dealer retail transactions and coordinate support.
• Maintain inventory levels of primary JCB products at dealer premises.
• Communicate product status and competitive info with Product Marketing Managers.
• Achieve target levels of retail sales.
• Maximize return on budgeted regional funds.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies and competitive programs.
• Identify and develop new markets for JCB products.
• Support dealer sales plans through visits to dealer locations and customers.
• Maintain relationships with dealer personnel and end users.
• Complete sales, product, or operational projects with data as required.
• Coordinate with service and parts teams as appropriate.
• Collaborate with regional teams to deliver business performance.
• Attend regional meetings and provide constructive recommendations.
