Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a field sales leader to drive retail sales penetration and market share growth across the Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa region. The role involves remote work with travel to dealer locations, and responsibilities include training staff, coordinating promotions, and supporting dealer transactions.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of sales/marketing experience, with strong problem-solving and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks and pre-employment tests as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, train and assist dealer sales staff to ensure knowledge of JCB products.
• Train dealer sales staff on product marketing initiatives and procedures.
• Communicate promotional programs clearly and effectively.
• Assist in closing dealer retail transactions and coordinate JCB support to customers.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels of primary JCB products at dealer premises.
