Littelfuse is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Magnetics & Power Solutions in the United States. The role leads regional sales, manages key OEM and distributor relationships, and drives growth across magnetics and related Littelfuse and Basler Electric products.

The candidate will collaborate with engineering, product management, and field teams to qualify opportunities, support new product introductions, and optimize channel coverage. 40–50% travel is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required; related technical discipline preferred.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and forecast pipeline.
• Experience negotiating with OEMs, distributors, and partners.
• Experience selling engineered products through channel partners.

Responsabilidades

• Regional sales & account management: develop regional plans and manage key relationships.
• Channel leadership: coach and enable manufacturer reps and distributors; expand coverage.
• Customer & market engagement: build relationships, gather market feedback, support events.
• Cross-functional collaboration: align with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations on launches and opportunities.
• Sales operations: maintain CRM data, forecast, and monitor performance.
