Magnetics, a division of Spang & Company, has an opening for a Senior Sales Engineer to design customized technical solutions to meet customer requirements and increase revenue and profitability. This position is remote and requires traveling domestically and internationally up to 40% for customer visits, trade shows, and conferences.

You will interface with customers, design inductors and transformers, and work with direct accounts and distributor sales teams to review sales plans and develop

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field is required.
• 5–10 years of Sales, Engineering, or Business Development in a technical environment.
• Master's degree preferred; German/Italian/Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Interface directly with customers to promote and sell Magnetics products.
• Design inductors and transformers to meet customer needs.
• Work with direct accounts and distributor sales teams to review sales plans and develop strategies.
• Provide technical training and support to Magnetics Sales Engineers, Customer Service, and Distributor Sales Engineers.
• Prepare and deliver sales and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and production to implement strategies.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Quality to address customer complaints and returns.
• Lead sales support activities such as quotes, sampling, and customer service.
• Negotiate special pricing and conditions to improve profitability.
• Manage customer support to meet customer needs.
