Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in the Southeast US is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales in the territory, focusing on expanding OEM and distribution channels and building strong customer relationships within the power supply market. The role offers a full-time, home-based position with a base salary of $90K–$120K plus commissions.

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred, and travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' outside sales in the power supply sector.
• Experience managing manufacturer's representatives.
• Strong program management skills and knowledge of product development.
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual sales plan for the territory.
• Identify and secure new OEM accounts aligned with strategy.
• Manage existing customer relationships to meet sales and satisfaction goals.
• Conduct client site visits and deliver compelling presentations.
• Provide account management from initial technical development to production.
• Lead with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare and present periodic reports including forecasts and status updates.
