Job summary
Littelfuse is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – EII for the U.S. market to drive OEM sales strategies across Industrial, HVAC/R, Renewable Energy, Energy Infrastructure & Storage, Industrial Drives and Safety.
The role partners with OEM Account Managers, FAEs, and Product Management to foster design‑in activity, expand key accounts, and deliver cross‑technology solutions. The ideal candidate has a technical degree and proven OEM sales experience, thrives in a matrixed organization, and can
Qualifications
- University Degree: Electrical Engineer or related discipline preferred.
- Experience in industrial or electronics sales, ideally supporting OEM customers.
- Exposure to HVAC/R, Renewable Energy or related OEM markets is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of regional OEM sales strategies aligned with EII business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth across OEM accounts through funnel management and multi-technology selling.
- Partner with OEM Account Managers to identify whitespace and expansion opportunities.
- Promote Littelfuse solutions and support achievement of regional sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with engineering, product management and operations on new product introductions.
