Job summary
Littelfuse, a global industrial technology company headquartered in Chicago, is seeking a Regional Sales & Account Manager to drive revenue growth across key OEM and distributor channels. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Business) preferred.
- Seven+ years of progressive experience in technical sales, account management, business development, or sales leadership.
- Experience with OEM customers and high-volume products preferred.
- Experience selling engineered products through manufacturer representative firms and distribution channels preferred.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems and magnetics products preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales and account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage OEM, distributor, and strategic customer relationships.
- Promote magnetics solutions and Littelfuse products to achieve regional goals.
- Coordinate with manufacturer representatives and channel partners.
- Provide market feedback and support new product introductions.
- Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and regional pipeline reviews.
