Job summary

VAC Magnetics LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue by developing relationships with key customers across defined market segments in the Americas. The role is remote and can be based in Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN, with frequent travel including Europe.

You will collaborate with Global Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing to meet financial goals, prepare multi-year budgets and represent VAC at trade shows.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Sales with proven revenue/profit growth.
• Fluent in English; German beneficial but not required.
• Willing to travel up to 60% across the Americas and Europe occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and grow territorial business aligned with company goals.
• Build trusted relationships with key customers leveraging industry expertise.
• Handle contract terms, development agreements and price negotiations.
• Engage with OEMs and allied supply partners to expand the ecosystem.
• Provide excellent customer service while growing the customer base.
• Identify new territorial and market growth opportunities.
• Report market trends and competition to management.
• Represent VAC at trade shows and conferences; coordinate with distributors.
