Job summary

Brother USA is seeking a Manager, Regional Sales to lead sales activities for the DT and IP product lines across the Southeast territory. The role supports distributors, drives annual sales goals, and maintains CRM records to build a strong pipeline.

The position is remote field-based with up to 50% travel, requiring a proven track record in regional sales, CRM expertise (Salesforce), and excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 7 years in customer-facing sales and regional account management.
• Experience closing new accounts and growing existing relationships.
• 3+ years in the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing industry.
• Strong analytic, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficient with CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategies and activities for Brother GT and DT Series across the territory.
• Motivate distributors to achieve annual sales objectives and manage regional reps.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline to meet goals; forecast monthly results.
• Plan product seminars; stay informed on competitors and market trends.
• Communicate with distributors, end-users and internal teams to resolve issues.
