Job summary

Brother International Corporation is seeking a Manager, Regional Sales to drive sales of GT and DTG product lines across the Southeast region from a remote field-based role. You will motivate distributors, manage a CRM pipeline, and work with cross-functional teams to hit annual sales targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Admin or Marketing, 7+ years in sales (including DTG experience), strong negotiation, analytics, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing required.
• 7+ years in customer-facing sales role or similar.
• 3+ years in direct-to-garment (DTG) printing industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads via cold calling, open houses, trade shows, and channel partner appointments.
• Produce accurate monthly sales forecasts for the territory.
• Plan and lead product seminars to showcase DTG/IP products to customers.
• Fully utilize CRM tool for pipeline and activity tracking.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives as defined by IPD leadership.
