Job summary

Brother USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the southeast territory. This remote field-based role requires travel up to 50% and reports to the IPD leadership team.

Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 with additional annual incentive opportunities and auto allowance. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in sales, experience with DTG or similar printing markets, and a strong CRM (Salesforce) background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in customer-facing sales roles or regional account management.
• Experience hunting for and closing new accounts within a DTG or related field will be valued.

Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture sales leads; manage a regional sales pipeline.
• Forecast monthly/quarterly/annual sales accurately and report to leadership.
• Lead product seminars and demonstrations to drive adoption of IP machines.
• Maintain and utilize CRM to track activities and opportunities.
