Job summary

Brother USA is seeking a Manager, Regional Sales to direct sales efforts for GT and DT Series products and embroidery machine lines within the Southeast territory. You will motivate distributors and align with the Senior Manager, National Sales to hit annual targets, while keeping the CRM pipeline current.

The role requires strong negotiation and presentation skills, 7+ years in sales, and DTG industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Minimum 7 years in a customer-facing Sales role or similar.
• Experience managing accounts within a region and closing new accounts.
• Experience in direct-to-garment (DTG) printing industry.
• Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads by cold calling, hosting open houses, attending trade shows, and scheduling appointments with channel partners.
• Produce accurate monthly sales forecasts for the territory.
• Plan and lead product seminars to share benefits of the IP machines with customers.
• Fully utilize corporate CRM tool and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
