Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Central to lead the Power & Thermal Management Team in a remote role. You will drive growth for Starline’s data center power infrastructure by managing regional partners, accounts, and strategic opportunities.

You’ll own regional strategy, pipeline, forecasting, and customer engagement with owners, consultants, distributors, and integrators, while traveling roughly half the time across multiple states.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5-7 years sales experience required.
• 1-3 years management/leadership experience preferred.
• Successful track record of sales in a B2B environment or equivalent experience in strategic company markets (data center, industrial, retail).
• Experience in developing and executing strategic and tactical sales plans.
• Progressive responsibility in sales and marketing positions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the region’s revenue objective.
• Manage sales channel with reps, resellers, and direct salespeople in the region.
• Develop and implement target market, account strategies, and prospecting plans.
• Negotiate contracts and assist in their administration.
• Create proposals, sales letters and deliver presentations.
• Promote the company’s image and build strategic partnerships.
